Maintain and ensure the accuracy of master data. This includes product, and material data across various systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams from various business units.
Correct any identified discrepancies or inconsistencies in the master data.
Enter new master data records. Ensure all required information is collected and accurately inputted into all systems.
Conduct routine monitoring to keep master data records clean, accurate and up to date. Mark records as obsolete as directed and ensure inventory disposition codes are correct.
Maintain and update product information, routings and BOMs as needed.
Participate in cross-functional projects to consolidate, clean and optimize master data across the organization.
Manage requests and prioritize and complete change requests that are time sensitive
Qualifications:
Experience with MRP systems, 1-2 years (e.g. SAP, JDEdwards, etc.) in a manufacturing setting preferred.Β
Prior experience managing large datasets preferred.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Working Conditions
Remains in a stationary position 50% of the time and involves additional physical demands such as ascending/descending stairs, walking stooping and standing.
Must wear Personal Protective Equipment βPPEβ when working/visiting manufacturing and plant locations.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery including but not limited to printer, tablets, cell phones.
Education:
HS Diploma, GED or equivalent; Bachelorβs degree preferred or 4 + years of experience in lieu of a degree.
