As an Oracle Fusion Business Analyst – Supply Chain Management, you will play a critical role in implementing, optimizing, and managing Oracle Fusion SCM. You will work closely with key stakeholders to analyze business processes, configure system solutions, and drive operational efficiency through data-driven decision-making. This role requires expertise in process improvement, system optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance supply chain operations and deliver measurable business impact. What you’ll do… 

  • Work closely with business teams to understand supply chain workflows and develop tailored solutions in Oracle Fusion.
  • Engage with stakeholders across departments, building strong working relationships to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage system configurations, testing, and troubleshooting with attention to detail and precision.
  • Deliver interactive training sessions to help teams maximize their use of Oracle Fusion solutions.
  • Analyze system data, identify patterns, and improve efficiency in supply chain processes.
  • Collaborate in a team-driven environment, where communication and problem-solving are key to success.

What You Bring… 

  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion enterprise resource planning and supply chain management solutions.
  • A deep understanding of business processes related to finance, supply chain, and warehouse management.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements.
  • Strong ability to train, support, and interact with teams, making technology accessible and user-friendly.
  • A background in enterprise system implementation, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, but equivalent experience in business analysis, supply chain management, or information systems will be considered.

Where you’ll work… 

This role is based in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley at Villa Palermo, a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility adjoining our company headquarters. 

Our high-tech pizza manufacturing operations include an on-site bakery that produces best-in-class crusts, robotic packaging equipment, and a 24-hour shipping and receiving facility. 

This is primarily an on-site role, as in-office collaboration is essential for team engagement and project success. Flexibility to work remotely may be available when business needs allow. Additionally, you may be required to support our facilities in Jefferson, WI, and West Milwaukee as necessary to ensure seamless system operations and business continuity.
