• Enter and manage data across multiple platforms, ensuring that all information is current, organized, and error-free.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review, reconcile, and audit data for quality assurance.
• Develop and maintain digital filing systems that facilitate easy retrieval and secure storage of sensitive information.
• Assist in generating detailed reports and analytics that drive key business decisions and support strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to the improvement of administrative processes and data entry protocols by suggesting innovative solutions and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of a high school diploma, with additional certifications or coursework in business administration or data management considered a plus.
• Prior experience in a typist or data entry role, with demonstrable proficiency in high-speed typing (at least 70 WPM) and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and various data management platforms; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
