Business Analyst β Collateral Management & Regulatory Reporting Unit
This position will be part of the Company's Securities Funding Capital and Liquidity team in New York, NY. Β The Collateral Management team has responsibility to implement and support enterprise-wide Qualified Financial Contracts and the Enterprise Collateral Management platform. The scope of this work includes participating in building and supporting the overall regulatory implementation.
Responsibilities include the following:
Established and proven candidate with a record of being able to work with senior stake holders on large scale projects and time sensitive project delivery. While will not be coding, is expected to understand technical design concepts, basic relational database querying and linux / unix systems.
Provide hands on business analysis to various work streams of QFC and Collateral Management, ensuring timely execution of deliverables and communication status back to Business and Technology stakeholders
Analyze complex business and regulatory requirements and translate to technical design
Work closely with Business sponsors to understand the functional requirements and translate those into technical implementations
Work in an Agile methodology development program
Oversee and ensure development is completed within the agreed upon timeframes
Maintain system diagrams, process flows, data dictionaries, data narratives, data feeds consumed from upstream systems, regulatory requirements, Confluence sites and shared directories
Develop and foster a positive relationship with team members, Business sponsors, department leads and partner with program teams
Provide Production Support when required
Work closely with business sponsors and quality assurance analysts on the preparation of acceptance criteria and test cases for each User Story created
Coordinate implementation activities across various data provisioning systems
Propose creative solutions to meet technical and business requirements
Candidate is preferred to have either hand-on business analysis experience in a development environment within Capital Markets and Collateral Management or in related capacity in Fixed Income , along with the ability to understand Regulatory Requirements and understanding business requirements and translating them into the technical solutions
