Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to support the fastest growing business unit of the company through a strategic finance and FP&A lens, and you’ll play a key part in driving the organization’s financial decision-making process to support long-term growth. The ideal candidate will have exceptional problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of financial analysis, and the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.

This is a hybrid role, which means employees work from our NYC office (near Bryant Park) on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

At Datasite, we will expect you to:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and ROI modeling.
• Translate financial results into board level commentary, monthly business unit review materials, and KPIs in partnership with the Strategy & Ops, Accounting and Executive teams.
• Lead process improvement and automation through modeling enhancements, streamlining reporting and building out new processes to better support our business partners.
• Effectively communicate financial results to identify risks and opportunities within the business.

What we are looking for:

•  2-4 years of experience in a strategic finance or FP&A role at a high growth company or in a management consulting, investment bank, or private equity role
•  Strong data analytics, financial modeling, forecasting and variance analysis
• Ability to turn financial data into Executive and Investor level presentations
•  Experience in Adaptive Planning and Workday is a plus
• You have a proven track record of building data-driven plans, securing buy-in, and executing effectively—while staying focused on what drives the biggest impact in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re highly organized and set a high bar for timeliness, accountability, responsiveness, and follow-through

The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting.
