Job SummaryΒ
The Senior Analyst, Corporate FP&A, will lead management reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes, as well as provide strategic financial insights to support Tilleyβs goals of overall growth and cash flow improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, a deep understanding of financial management principles, and a proven track record of driving process improvements. This role reports directly to Tilleyβs Chief Financial Officer.
Essential Functions / General Accountabilities
Β
Management Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the Executive Leadership Team and other stakeholders
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to evaluate business performance
- Analyze financial results to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Present financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership to inform strategic decision-making
- Assist in the development of Monthly Operating, Board of Directors, and Lender reports/presentations
- Prepare and support ad-hoc projects/management requests

Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Drive annual budgeting and monthly outlook process by partnering with Tilleyβs Executive Leadership Team
- Maintain Tilleyβs detailed 3-statement financial model
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of potential business decisions

Cash Flow Forecasting & Analysis
- Responsible for weekly 13-week cash flow forecasting
- Developing Working Capital dashboards
- Evaluate investment opportunities and their alignment with company financial goals

Process Improvement & Systems Enhancement
- Identify opportunities to streamline FP&A processes and implement best practices
- Enhance financial systems and tools to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency
SkillsΒ
Experience / Industry Preference
- 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, investment banking, or accounting experience
- Ideal Industry background β Distribution, Chemicals, and/or Manufacturing
Β
Technical Skills
- Regular experience using analytical, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Power User in Excel includes Pivot Tables, large data sets, etc.
- Experience using PowerPoint to create and present updates for senior stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or other programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) a plus

Job QualificationsΒ
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or similar quantitative discipline
- Masterβs degree in a related field or other relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA), a plus
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborativelyΒ
Physical Requirements
- Sitting and/or alternate sitting and standing at will.
- Keyboarding. Β Entering text or data into a computer using a traditional keyboard.
- Speaking. Β Expressing or exchanging ideas through the spoken word to impart oral information to clients or the public and to convey detailed spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.
- Hearing Requirements. The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds. (i.e., in-person speech, telephone, computer, etc.)
- Near Visual Acuity. Clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less (i.e., use of computers).
Compensation / Location / Other
- Compensation: Commensurate with relevant experience. The compensation package will include base salary + cash bonus + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off)
- Location: Baltimore Region with hybrid schedule
- Travel: Minimal, 20%
