Job Purpose
Banijay Americas seeks a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. Primary responsibilities will include monthly reporting, monthly forecasting, variance analysis, annual budgeting and analysis of multiple business units and providing senior management with timely and insightful financial information to manage the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, analyze and report the financial performance, projections, and ad hoc projects for executive management
- Support the reporting structure of the monthly, quarterly and budget process for all operating departments and subsidiaries
- Support forecasting process across the business in order to predict operating results
- Prepare and submit month-end and quarter-end close requirements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Intercompany, Cash, NWC) and compare actuals to forecast/budget for use with internal management
- Provide effective tools that allow budget managers and Finance management to understand variances and make effective decisions around resource allocation
- Lead in-depth financial, variance, and trending analysis for key profitability drivers and metrics. Interpret results, and articulate actionable recommendations that maximize profitability to ensure financial targets are achieved
- Drive automation through process improvement use of technology
Skills/Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required (Preferably in Finance, Accounting or equivalent)
- 2-3 year relevant work experience
- Solid understanding of US GAAP and/or IFRS
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills
- Superior knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Attention to detail and organized
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Quick learner and self-starter

Position Compensation
At Banijay Americas, we understand the importance of a well-rounded benefits program and offer a competitive package including paid time off and 401k plan,
with a salary range of $85,000-$95,000 depending on experience.
