Job Summary

โ€‹โ€‹The Senior Pricing and Channel Analyst serves as a critical driver in crafting and implementing pricing strategies while optimizing channel performance to achieve organizational objectives. This role utilizes expertise in advanced data analysis, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver actionable insights that enhance profitability and maintain market competitiveness. The senior analyst plays a key role in influencing strategic initiatives, driving operational improvements, and mentoring team members to support overall organizational growth and development.โ€‹

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • โ€‹โ€‹Key strategic partnership with sales and channel leadership

  • โ€‹Develop and refine pricing models based on market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior.

  • โ€‹Monitor pricing trends and recommend adjustments to improve profitability and competitiveness.

  • โ€‹Develop and evaluate proformas sales for promotions and rebate proposals

  • โ€‹Conduct detailed margin and cost analyses to inform pricing decisions.

  • โ€‹Analyze sales channel performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • โ€‹Collaborate with teams to optimize product placement, promotions, and channel-specific strategies.

  • โ€‹Ensure pricing consistency across channels and resolve potential conflicts.

  • โ€‹Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics such as profitability and channel performance.

  • โ€‹Collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance to align pricing strategies with business objectives.

  • โ€‹Conduct competitive analysis to provide insights on pricing and distribution trends.

  • โ€‹Stay informed about industry trends and economic factors impacting pricing and channels.

  • โ€‹Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

  • Protect Chamberlain Groupโ€™s reputation by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Education/Certifications:

  • โ€‹โ€‹Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field

Experience:

  • โ€‹โ€‹3-5 years of experience in pricing, channel management, or related analytical rolesโ€‹

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • โ€‹โ€‹Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Power BI).

  • โ€‹Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • โ€‹Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

  • โ€‹Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.โ€‹

Other:

Preferred Qualifications

Education/Certifications:

  • Masterโ€™s degree in a related field.

Experience:

  • Experience working with two-tiered distribution networks

  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

The payย range/rate of pay for this position is $81,500.00 - $132,725.00; base payย offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.ย  In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).ย ย This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
