Anthropologie GroupΒ is looking for a Senior Global Marketing Analyst to join our Analytics team as dedicated support for our International business primarily in the UK. The right candidate will possess a balance of quantitative rigor and analytical skills alongside a big-picture strategic curiosity and excellent communication skills.Β The Senior Analyst will work closely with our international team (based in the UK) along with their counterparts on the North America analytics teams to carry out analyses aimed at improving efficacy of marketing investment, customer acquisition and retention. This person will contribute to an environment of fact-based, data-driven decision making within the Anthro Group family of brands, utilizing URBNβs extensive supply of customer, campaign, product, site, and marketing channel data.Β

The Analytics team is part of the larger Marketing organization within Anthropologie, consisting of brand and digital marketing, consumer insights, creative, copy, PR and sustainability. We collaborate with senior leadership and cross-team partners to drive Anthropologie Groupβs overall business.Β Β
