Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a data-fluent Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. As a Technical Program Manager at Oracle OCI, you will play a crucial role in providing data-driven decision support and analysis for OCIβs largest programs. Key Responsibilities:
Owner: Own areas of the business for building custom analysis and dashboards to drive our stakeholders to action. Some projects could involve revenue forecasting, optimizing cloud fleet usage, or consolidating our understanding of the business across multiple organization, dataset, and system lines. Youβll need to be comfortable swimming in SQL while surfacing to explain clearly to executive audiences, the insights. You must thrive building performant and robust data pipelines.Β

Candidate Profile:
Must Have
- 7+ years of relevant experience andΒ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in data modeling/analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing technical projects in a highly ambiguous environment.
- Demonstratable business maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills.Β
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for data accuracy and quality.
Preferred
- Experience with large-scale, globally diverse teams in a technical environment. Hyperscale cloud experience a plus.Β
- Demonstrated ability to identify organization-wide issues and work with key stakeholders to drive them to resolution.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Proficiency in database management and querying languages (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes is a plus.
