Location: Must be available to work at the Burnsville, MN office


Compensation: The expected base hourly wage for this Minnesota-based position is $20-24. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and or experience.Β 


Basic FunctionΒ 

Imricor’s summer internship program blends real world experience with an extensive overview of the medical device industry in an innovative and fast-paced environment. Knowledgeable marketers will provide guidance as you gain professional hands-on experience in all the facets required to bring a medical device to market. The Marketing Analyst Intern will tackle a project assisting in the assessment of multiple potential markets for Imricor expansion.Β 


Responsibilities

  • Designs and executes a project plan, complete with timelines, phase gates, and deliverables.
  • Gathers and analyzes data pertaining to applicable clinical standards of care, market access, pricing, patient care pathways, and provider/lab accessibility, and other potential barriers to adoption.Β 
  • Quantifies the size of specific markets by:
  • Primary research: writing discussion guides, gathering data by interviewing clinicians, etc.
  • Secondary research: gathering data via clinical studies and industry reports, etc.
  • Provides data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership on product pipelines and clinical indications based on analyses
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Β Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Mathematics or Economics.
  • Interest in the medical device field.
  • Ability to effectively and clearly communicate complex information to broad audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: comfortable collecting, synthesizing, and interpreting data.
  • A positive, curious attitude with an openness to continual learning and coaching.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Working Conditions

  • Light work, exerting up to 20 lbs. of force or less.
  • Requires clarity of vision at 20 inches or less (near vision) and ability to identify/distinguish colors.
  • Requires fingering, repetitive motion, talking and hearing.
  • Significant work pace & pressure due to deadlines.
