What You Will Do
As the Master Data Specialist, you will be responsible for processing information and integrating it into the information management system and maintaining master data compliance. You will cultivate relationships with cross-functional stakeholders by providing answers to questions and issues related to Raley’s master data.
How You will Make a Difference
You will accurately manage, analyze, problem solve and interpret a variety of data to support our ongoing store operations, ultimately impacting the customer experience
You will serve as a point of contact for inquiries from stores and stakeholders.
You will coordinate, execute, and maintain master data workflow and compliance activities to maintain master data integrity and accuracy.
You will work with stakeholders to ensure master data and compliance documents are accurately captured and support business transactions.
You will be responsible for the integrity of the vendor, item and cost data in the merchandising system while managing volume and service levels.
You will provide support for new store openings by ensuring all items are set up properly and authorized for the location. May provide in-store support as needed.
You will provide training and support to new hires and the Data Stewards.
You will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve problems related to master data and governance processes under area of responsibility.
You will perform complex tasks associated with conversion from legacy system to SAP while maintaining data integrity.
You will maintain current knowledge of software application features, changes, and enhancements and initiates system updates/maintenance routines.
You will monitor workflow and data injection points to ensure timely processing of master data.
You will research issues as reported by stakeholders and system-generated reports.
You will provide reports, conduct analysis and document master data and governance processes
You will analyze vendor interactions with system processes to optimize transaction relationships and achieve team goals.
You will communicate & collaborate with vendors and sales reps.
