What You Can Expect

The Sr. Financial Analyst/Business Partner plays a critical role in shaping the operations of St. Luke's Health System. The successful candidate will bring advanced financial acumen and analytical skills, combined with exceptional communication, influencing, and collaboration to inform decision-making within operations to ensure that financial performance benefits our health system’s mission. Finance Business Partners collaborate with operational leaders to understand their challenges and utilize analysis and problem-solving skills to achieve optimal results.

Home & Community Based Services supports the business units of Home Health & Hospice, Inpatient Rehab, and Hospital at Home.Β

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
  • 7 years relevant experience
